Booking List View

Here you can filter the list of jobs. To view all the jobs listed here you need to click on All, if you need to filter the job for daily basis click on Today, if you need to filter the bookings, based on the booking status whether its confirmed or still pending click on the Pending and Confirmed, Today. Similarly if you need to filter the job, based on the job status whether its been dispatched to driver or driver have accepted the jobs, if the driver is on the Standby or is in current ride, or if the driver have marked the job as No show or completed or cancelled it click on the Dispatch, Assigned, Standby, Ongoing, No show up, Completed and Cancelled.

 

To view the Booking details, you should click on the bookings you need to dispatch or update any booking/job details such as Pickup date, time and location, Dropoff Location, Flight info, Account info, Capacity of Passenger, luggage, Extra seats, Passenger Notes, Dispatch Jobs, Add charge, Amount(only if its not paid) which is only applicable before the driver goes to Standby. Once the driver is on Standby you cannot update anything.

As an Admin you can only accept or reject the No Show up Jobs that is on current ride.

 

Booking Calendar

In this 'Bookings' section you can view the list of bookings in calendar under the sub section Calendar.

Here you can view the of upcoming jobs.

Booking Quote

In this 'Quote Request' section you can view the list of quotes requested by the passenger only if the required zone, vehicle or rate is not available on the system.
