Cancellation

Trail Cancellation

  1. If the Client wishes to cancel before the trial ends, they must do so through the Admin Console → Settings → Cancel Trial or by notifying support in writing before the trial expiry.
  2. Once the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins, and no refunds will be issued for the setup or subscription fee.

You can email us to request cancel the subscription during the trial period.

After the Subscription begins, to cancel, 

  1.       Go to the Menu,
  2.       Click on Billing and Subscription,
  3.       Click Cancel Subscription

      Your services will be disabled.

Warning
All the due invoices should be in paid status to cancel the subscription. 


No Refund Policy

Once payment for the setup or subscription is processed, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation applies to future cycles only.

Data Retention & Deletion

  1. Upon cancellation, Client data will be retained for 3 months.
  2. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted unless the Client re-subscribes or requests data export.


Reactivation

  1. The Client may reactivate their account within 3 months of cancellation without additional setup fees.
  2. After 3 months, a new subscription and setup will be required.
