🧩 Step 1: Company Profile & Branding

Goal: Personalize your dispatch system with your brand identity.

  • Upload your company logo

  • Add business name, email, and contact number

  • Choose theme color and branding style

  • Set your domain/subdomain (e.g., rides.mycompany.com)

💡 Tip: Your logo and colors will appear across your Passenger App, Driver App, and Web Booker.


🚗 Step 2: Add Vehicles & Rates

Goal: Define your fleet and pricing structure.

  • Add vehicle categories (Sedan, SUV, Van, Limo)

  • Set base fare, per mile/km, per minute, and minimum fare

  • Define hourly packages or fixed routes

  • Enable/disable vehicles for booking

💡 Tip: You can create multiple rate plans for different locations or clients.

Goal: Get your drivers onboard.

  • Add driver details (Name, Contact, Email)

  • Upload required documents (License, Insurance, Permit)
