Passenger Application Software

Register

          1. Open the app and tap Register.
          2. Fill in your full name, email, phone number, and password
         3. Accept the terms of service and tap Sign Up.
          4. You will receive a verification email or SMS to confirm your account

Login

Notes
You can log in with your email and phone number.
Go to Login Screen For Email Login 
- Enter the Email Address / phone
- Enter Password
- Click on continue 

This screen is login screen for Passenger and Driver





















Booking

1. At Home screen 
Transfer and Hourly Booking can be done.
2. Enter your Pickup and Drop off Location 

 3. Choose your trip type: 
      Now - Instant Ride
      Later - Schedule with Date and Time 
4. Select vehicle type and view estimated fare, and Click on Continue

The Map plot can be seen after entering the location (pick up and drop off) on the vehicle selection screen.



















5. Add Flight info, Passenger Count, Luggage, and Extras ( Lead passenger , Baby seat, and instruction if required)_

Enable the Lead Passenger: Register Passenger can book for someone else 
Enter the Full Name 
Enter the Phone Number 


 


Enable Baby Seat (optional)

You can add a Baby Seat according to its type- 
Click on the add icon and display the number 
Notes
Choosing an additional baby seat will incur an extra cost for the passenger.


Enable Special Instructions :
You can enable special instructions to send the message to the driver.
 








Next, click on proceed after all necessary information is entered

6. Choose your payment option (Cash or Card) and Confirm Booking 

7. You will receive a confirmation message once the admin verifies your booking.

My Ride

  1. Tap My Ride to view all your rides.

  2. You can check:

    • Upcoming Rides

    • Ongoing Rides

    • Completed Rides

  3. Tap a ride to see details such as driver info, pickup time, and fare.

  4. You can also cancel or re-book from this section.


Invoice

  1. Open Invoice to access receipts for completed rides.

  2. Tap any ride to download or view your invoice.

  3. You can share or email the invoice for record keeping.


More

Tap More from the main menu to access additional features.



Profile

  1. View and edit your personal information.

  2. Update profile photo, contact details, and preferences.


My Card

  1. Add or manage saved payment cards for faster checkout.

  2. You can set one card as default.



Change Password 

Update your account password anytime for security.


Language

  1. Choose from available languages: English, French, Arabic, Dutch, or Spanish.


 Theme

Switch between Light, Dark, or System Default mode.
