Zone Setup

This section allows you to add, view, edit, or delete zones.

Zones are required for booking a ride, as they help passengers select their pickup and drop-off locations and enable the system to calculate the fare accurately.

 

Here is how you can create the zone:

  1. Click on the New Zone button.

  2. Select the type whether its Location, Airport, Seaport or station .

  3. Search the place on maps by writing the name of the place.

  4. You can either draw the polygon manually or Auto search the polygon and submit it

  5. Finally zone is created

 

Route Rate

Route Rate (Distance Rate)

This is "Route Rate" section, where you as admin can set the Distance rate based on fleet and location .

  1. Add New Vehicle: You can either create or update the fleet, to create the new fleet click on the '+' button present on the step 1 column.

  2. Add New Zone: You can either create or update the zone, to create the new zone click on the '+' button present on the step 2 column which will redirect to the Zone sub-module.

  3. The rate can only be added if the vehicle and zone are available, and it can be added either through Distance Breakdown or Per KM Rate. 

  

Route Rate (Zone to Zone)

This is "Route Rate" section, where you as admin can set the Zone-to-zone rate based on fleet and location .

  1. Add New Vehicle: You can either create or update the fleet, to create the new fleet click on the '+' button present on the step 1 column.

  2. Add New Zone: You can either create or update the zone, to create the new zone click on the '+' button present on the step 2 column which will redirect to the Zone sub-module.

  3. Rate can only be added if the vehicle and zone is available and it can be added either through Distance Breakdown only

 


Route Rate (Hourly)

This is "Route Rate" section, where you as admin can set the Hourly rate based on fleet and location .

  1. Add New Vehicle: You can either create or update the fleet, to create the new fleet click on the '+' button present on the step 1 column.

  2. Add New Zone: You can either create or update the zone, to create the new zone click on the '+' button present on the step 2 column which will redirect to the Zone sub-module.

  3. Rate can only be added if the vehicle and zone is available and it can be added Hourly Minimum

 

Route Rate (Additional Charges)

This is "Route Rate" section, where you as admin can set the Additional Charge rate based on fleet .

  1. Add New Vehicle: You can either create or update the fleet, to create the new fleet click on the '+' button present on the step 1 column.

  2. Rate can only be added if the vehicle is available and the rate can be added Airport Pickup , Airport Dropoff, Via Point, Booster Seat, Infant Seat, Toddler Seat, Fuel charge, Card charge and only Tax/Gst is charged based on amount and percent.

 


Airport - Setup

This is "Airport" section, where you as admin can add the Airport which will be reflected while airport booking from Dispatch module. Here you can Create , Edit or delete the airport.

 

Booking, Dispatch, Payment Setting

his is "Booking, Dispatch & Payment Settings" section, where you as admin can set the Booking Preference, Payment Preference, Payment Schedules, Service Type Preference and Twilio Services(SMS).

Booking preference-

Here, in the Booking preference, you can set the minimum hourly booking in hour, Booking type where you can click the checkbox for Now booking as well else the type will work as Later. Also you can set the Advance Booking Request if you want your customer to make booking before certain time of the pickup time.

We also have the Dispatch type as Manual and Automatic , you can set based on your preference. and once you set the Booking Cancellation time and Save the Changes it will reflected on your system.

 

Payment Preference

Here, in the Payment preference, you can set the Cash and Card(ePoint, Stripe) Payment Method and you can set as per your preference. Also the Now booking from Booking Type will only for card payment. For cash payment the Now booking from Booking Type should not be checked.
 

Payment Schedule

Here, in the Payment Schedule, you can set the Automatic or Manual as per your preference. Under Automatic Payment Schedule there are Instant Payment, 24hrs Before Pickup Date and At End Trip Payment and under Manual Payment Schedule there is only Manual Payment.

Also the Now booking from Booking Type will only for card payment and for this you can set any Payment Schedule but for Manual Payment you should manually authorize and capture the job as paid. For cash payment the Now booking from Booking Type should not be checked and you should manually mark the job as paid.

 

Service Type Preference

Now, in the Service Type preference, you can set the Transfer and Hourly Service Type as per your preference. The Return booking is only available for the Transfer .

Also the Now booking from Booking Type will be for both only for Transfer and Hourly. But it will not be applicable for Return bookings.

 

Driver Payout setup

This is "Driver Payout" section, where you as admin can set the Global Driver Commission in Percentage.


 

Booking Widget Setup

This is "Booking Widgets" section, where you copy the iframe to add the booking tool as per your requirement wich will allow to make the bookings
