To ensure a transparent and fair billing process, we follow a structured reminder and suspension policy:

• 3 Days Before Due Date – Friendly reminder and auto-charge notice sent.

• On Due Date – Payment is due today. Stripe attempts to auto-charge.

• 7 Days After Due Date – Urgent reminder for overdue payment (failed charge).

• 15 Days After Due Date – Final notice with a 24-hour warning of service restriction.

• 22 Days After Due Date – Grace Period Ends → Full service suspension until payment is completed.
